Acro

Acro focuses on elements of floor gymnastics and tumbling that can be incorporated in dance technique.


Dress Code: 

  • Athletic clothes that are comfortable to dance in
  • No Shoes

All-In-One

Class includes a strong warm up with stretch and strength exercises. Then dancers will work on the foundation of their technique to help with leaps and turns and extensions.


Dress Code: 

  • Tight fitted clothing including tank tops, bra tops, sports bras, leggings, shorts, etc. 
  • Jazz shoes
  • Hair away from face, preferably a pony tail

Ballet

Ballet is known as the building block of all dance forms. The technique brings clear, defined, precise movements with clean lines of the whole body. Ballet gives dancers a strong foundation for all other styles of dance.

  • Ballet tights
  • Leotard

Contemporary

Contemporary dance is very movement based. It combines the strong and controlled legwork of ballet with modern flare focused on the torso, and also brings a lot of contract-release work, as well as floor work.

Dance Babies

This class is designed to help foster your child’s growth in a safe learning environment through the use of music, movement, and props. They are sure to have a blast as they develop a foundation for movement and instruction. 

**This class is designed for tiny dancers to take independent from an adult.

Hip Hop

Hip Hop is a hard hitting dance style that was created from the hip hop culture. It is a very energetic style that has a low grounded base and has strong isolations.

Jazz

Jazz is a technique based off of isolations and the connection between the dancer and the floor. It is a fast paced class usually done to upbeat pop music.

  • Hair away from face, preferably a pony tail

Lyrical

Lyrical dance is a style of dance created from the fusion of ballet and jazz techniques. It is dancing that is performed to music with lyrics to inspire movements to express strong emotions.

  • Tight fitted clothing so teachers can see body lines
  • Lyrical shoes or no shoes

Musical Theater is a combination of dancing and acting. It is usually done to songs from musicals.
